Jersey Shore Elite Nannies – Terms & Conditions

By booking services with Jersey Shore Elite Nannies, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment
   All bookings must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. 50% deposit is required in order to book.  Rates are hourly and based on the selected service. Minimum hour requirements apply to certain services.
    
2. Cancellation Policy
   Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
   Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
    
3. Schedule Changes
   Any changes to your scheduled service must be requested as soon as possible and are subject to nanny availability. Jersey Shore Elite Nannies cannot guarantee last-minute changes.
    
4. Payment Terms
   All rates are subject to change with notice. Additional time beyond the scheduled hours will be billed at the standard hourly rate. Late payments may result in suspension of future bookings.
    
5. Care Standards
   Our nannies provide professional, attentive, and engaging care. They are not responsible for full housekeeping, errands unrelated to childcare, or non-child-related duties unless specifically agreed upon in advance.
    
6. Safety & Liability
   Families agree to provide a safe and appropriate environment for childcare services. Jersey Shore Elite Nannies is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from unsafe conditions, undisclosed hazards, or failure to disclose medical or behavioral concerns.
    
7. Health & Illness
   Clients must inform us if any child is sick or contagious prior to service. Jersey Shore Elite Nannies reserves the right to cancel or refuse service if conditions pose a health risk to the nanny or others.
    
8. Backup Care
   While we strive to provide consistent coverage, Jersey Shore Elite Nannies is not responsible for service interruptions caused by emergencies, extreme weather, illness, or circumstances beyond our control. Backup care will be provided when available but is not guaranteed.
    
9. Non-Solicitation
   Clients agree not to hire, contract, or solicit any Jersey Shore Elite Nannies team member directly for childcare services outside of the company during service and for a period of 12 months following the last booking. Violation of this policy will result in a placement fee equal to one month of the nanny’s average scheduled hours.
    
10. Respectful Environment
    We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, unsafe behavior, or inappropriate conduct toward our team. Services may be terminated immediately without refund if this policy is violated.
     
11. Photography & Marketing
    With written consent only, photos or testimonials may be used for marketing purposes. We never share identifying information without explicit permission.
     
12. Termination of Services
    Jersey Shore Elite Nannies reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if terms are violated or if a situation is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
     
13. Independent Contractor Status
    Nannies are assigned and managed by Jersey Shore Elite Nannies LLC. Families are not employers of the nanny and may not alter pay, duties, or schedules without company approval.
     
14. Agreement
    By booking any service with Jersey Shore Elite Nannies, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
